CoachWare is easily accessed as an intranet/internet web application and requires no installation on a desktop. It can be configured to work in a variety of operating environments and platforms.

The CoachWare user interface displays business processes online in a window that sits side-by-side with any application, form, or portal. It can also be set up to provide context sensitive help working side-by-side with COTS or proprietary applications. Novice, intermediate, and expert workers are fully supported and able to control the information that they want to see. Best practices are embedded into the procedures and quickly become routine.
